Appearance
Chocolate brown wrapper with a light sheen. Invisible seams. Mostly fine veins.
Aroma
Earthy on the wrapper. Earthy with some sweetness like molasses at the foot.
Prelight Draw
Earthy and sweet
1st
Initial puffs are earthy and woody. After the next few puffs a very mild spice appears like cinnamon. Ash is salt and pepper gray and almost flaky. Perfect draw and slightly uneven burn. Medium strength. A little over 1" in the spice goes from cinnamon to CRP(crushed red pepper). Burn line has self corrected at this point as well. The spice tapers off a little. The earthy wood & spice notes balance nicely to create a nice long finish.
2nd
Flavors are the same to start 2nd with some nutty notes joining the mix. The nutty flavor reminds me of cashews due to the creamy texture. Strength picks up to medium+. Some cocoa powder notes have joined the mix. Draw & burn have continued to be perfect. Before the end of the 2nd/3rd the CRP comes back stronger. With it the strength goes to medium/full.
Final/3rd
Strength is at full to start the Final/3rd. The spice tapers back again allowing the cocoa, wood & earthy notes to balance perfectly with the cinnamon note once again. Near the end the CRP comes back again. A very enjoyable complex cigar from start to finish! Wait 4 It! Wait 4 It! BOOM!
