Appearance
A little toothy with a few prominent veins. Dark chocolate in color. Seams are tight and nearly invisible. The cigar has a light oil sheen.
Aroma
Earthy on the wrapper and sweetness close to molasses but not quite at the foot.
Prelight Draw
A little citrus tang with a sweet note.
1st
The cigar starts with earthy notes along with a touch of the citrus tang. After half a dozen puffs a spice notes begins to form working from the back of the tongue to the front. It's a mild spice like cinnamon but not as sweet so maybe nutmeg. The burn is off slightly but not enough to worry about. Draw is excellent. The ash is charcoal colored and a bit flaky. The cigar puts out a ton of smoke.
2nd
The original flavors roll over into the 2nd/3rd. The strength started out mild but has worked up to a solid medium. Near the end of the 2nd/3rd the burn line has fully self corrected. I'm noticing some nutty notes at this point.
Final/3rd
Nice almond notes join the mix to start the final/3rd. Strength goes to med/full at this point. The flavors have been well balanced throughout making a very enjoyable smoking experience. Thanks again to Rob @TheSmokersHut for the samples for review. GoGetchasome™!!
