Virtuoso Cigars Connecticut Shade Robusto 7/18/15

Appearance
A little toothy & mottled. Tight seams and 1 prominent vein. Cap is a little rough around the edges.

Aroma
Hay with a sweetness on the wrapper. Sweetness at the foot.

Prelight Draw
Hay and sweetness with spice.

1st
The first few draws bring out the spice which is on the mild side like Allspice. Notes of white cedar are also noticeable. The ash is light gray and semi tight. Strength is in the medium range. The draw has been nice from the start. The burn line which is off slightly has been pretty good since lighting. Ash is getting more flaky than tight.

2nd
Ash has held on so far. Strength interestingly has gone to med/full. The spice has mellowed just a little. A very well balanced cigar so far. The finish is long and nice and balanced with the cedar on the palate and the spice on the tongue with a hint of sweetness. The spice picks up to more of a paprika at the 1/2 way point of the cigar. The burn line has fully self corrected also. The cigar produces a large amount of smoke from each draw. The strength is more on the full side at this point.

Final/3rd
The flavors have been consistent since the start providing a very enjoyable smoking experience. I highly recommend you try this cigar. This was one of the best Connecticut Shade wrapped cigars I've smoked. It's a House blend from The Smokers Hut. To get some contact Rob@TheSmokersHut.com
